2. What data we process

• Data you provide in the form: name, email address, phone number, message and language.
• Data you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate country), only if you accept measurement cookies.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request for information about the property, arrange viewings and, where applicable, move forward with the sale. If you accept cookies, also to measure site usage and the performance of our ads.

4. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (form, email, WhatsApp) and your consent (measurement and advertising cookies), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

5. How long we keep it

For as long as the property is on the market and, at most, 24 months from our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.

6. Who we share it with

With providers that deliver technical services to us, solely for that purpose: Vercel Inc. (web hosting), Resend (form emails), Google LLC (email and, if you accept, Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (advertising pixel, if you accept). If you move forward with the purchase, with the professionals involved in the transaction (lawyer, notary or agent), with your knowledge. We do not sell your data.

7. International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contacto@villatoscana.casa. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or another EU supervisory authority, or with Costa Rica's Data Protection Agency (PRODHAB). This processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Costa Rica's Law 8968.
